GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE HVAC SYSTEM
Valtria is responsible for the ventilation system of the Integral Centre for Nuclear Medicine and Radiotherapy, which is composed of 7 independent ventilation subsystems, designed to meet different requirements depending on the area of application: ISO 7 / ISO 8 / NC.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTROL SYSTEM
For the Control Systems of the AHUs, a distributed PLC architecture has been selected, which are installed in the boards of each AHU.
SCOPE OF PROVISION
Executive engineering, manufacture and assembly of ducts that form part of the ventilation systems that supply the Cyclotron and Radiopharmacy areas.
STAINLESS STEEL DUCTS
Bubble tight duct with decontaminable inner and outer surfaces.
GENERAL DESIGN CONSIDERATIONS EARTHQUAKE-RESISTANT SUPPORTS
HVAC duct supports are designed in accordance with ANSI/SMACNA 006-2006 and ANSI/SMACNA 001-2008.
APPLICABLE CODES AND REGULATIONS
ASHRAE American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers.

¡WE ARE LITEK PHARMA! We are currently 11 of us at Litek Pharma's offices and production site.

WHEN AND WHERE WAS YOUR DELEGATION CREATED?
Although Litek Pharma was officially launched in May 2022, we had been preparing and working on the launch since November 2021.
We started out in a small office in the centre of Bilbao, facing the estuary and close to the Guggenheim Museum. The Bilbao office became too small and we urgently needed a production centre. So in July 2022 we moved to our current offices in Ugao-Miraballes.
Ugao-Miraballes is a village 20 minutes from Bilbao We have more spacious offices than before and we finally have a production centre from which the first orders have already gone out.

WHERE AND WITH WHICH CLIENTS DO YOU WORK?
We work with both national and international customers. We have orders from customers in the Basque Country, also at national level and in our first year we have also had international orders in several Latin American and European countries.
CAN YOU TELL US ABOUT ANY INTERESTING NEWS FROM YOUR DELEGATION OR A LOCAL EVENT IN RECENT MONTHS?
In the first year of Litek Pharma we have sold our first two isolators for advanced therapies and we are also working on orders and projects that excite us in different countries.
YOUR AMBITION FOR THE NEW YEAR 2023!
In 2023 we have set ourselves the GOAL of gaining more international customers and getting Litek Pharma's solutions to be present in more countries.
We also hope that our team will continue to grow and that we will incorporate new colleagues who are as enthusiastic about this project as we are.

WHO ARE YOU?
The VALTRIA MEXICO team is currently made up of 28 people, distributed between the offices in Mexico City, which is the capital of the country and the best place in the world to eat tacos; and the offices in Guadalajara, the birthplace of Mariachi and tequila.

WHEN AND WHERE WAS YOUR DELEGATION CREATED?
The first Delegation in Mexico was created in 2017, being together with Argentina the first three Delegations in Latin America.
Mexico's first office, located in Narvarte, was in the southern part of the city, a residential area where food stalls were the most abundant. Of course, as well as growing as a company, we were also growing in size.
In 2018, thanks to the great efforts of the Valtria Mexico team, the first office was opened in Guadalajara, due to its proximity to companies in the Pharmaceutical sector.
Subsequently, in November 2021, the Mexico City offices were relocated to a more central and corporate area, where we serve the central, Bajío and northern markets of the country.

Mexico has an area of 1.973 million km2, however, the main industry is located in the central and northern part of the country.
From our offices in Mexico City we serve the Central, Bajío and Northern markets. The Guadalajara offices serve the West, North Central and also a large part of the Bajío region.
Regarding our customers we work with different sectors, such as automotive, pharmaceuticals, electronics and medical devices.

CAN YOU TELL US ABOUT ANY INTERESTING NEWS FROM YOUR DELEGATION OR A LOCAL EVENT IN RECENT MONTHS?
In the last few months there have been significant changes for the Mexico team, as we have a new management.
On 24 October, Héctor Urbano became our new Director.
Hector Urbano belonged to the Spanish delegation, however, he spent 3 years in Guadalajara, so he knows the working environment and culture well.
YOUR AMBITION FOR THE NEW YEAR 2023!
Being located more than 500 km away from the offices in CDMX and Guadalajara, it is very difficult for us to be able to live together and coincide in different activities with the whole team in Mexico, so our ambition for this year 2023 is to integrate the team in recreational activities where most of us can participate with the aim of creating a much more united and strengthened team.
Additionally, in the area of projects, we are approaching an exponential growth in the auto parts sector with the arrival of Tesla, so our goal is to be able to cover a much wider market in the automotive sector with the aim of continuing to grow as a company.

Since I was a child I have been interested in the pharmaceutical and hospital world due to my family's connection to it, but I have always liked engineering more, especially the electronics part, so I saw it as a great option to stay close to the pharmaceutical and hospital world without giving up what I like to do.

I was born in Capital Federal, but I adopted Patagonia Argentina as my place in the world, I live in El Bolsón.
WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO JOIN VALTRIA?
I have always worked on projects far from my city, Valtria achieved an important project in Bariloche, participating in the adaptation of the Ventilation System of the Cyclotron and Radiopharmacy in the centre of Radiotherapy and Nuclear Medicine of that city, it was the opportunity to combine the proximity to the family and the work aspect; added to this, as a project, I felt I could contribute a lot from the aspect of process control and quality assurance, in an organisation that aims to continue developing in my country.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT VALTRIA?
Immediately I joined, I was surprised that the company had a great human warmth, as soon as I arrived at the offices in Buenos Aires I was welcomed with a small half-day outing, a pizza lunch in a traditional place in the city, there was no better way to break the ice and meet the team! As the months went by I discovered the potential of the company to grow and to accompany the personal growth of each one, I feel very comfortable with the work team that I have had to integrate, maybe being able to integrate again teams from other parts of the world and add kilometres to the national experience doesn't sound so bad?

I invest my free time in reading and listening to music, two activities that adapt to any minute I have left after the working day, lately audiobooks and thematic podcasts manage to catch me, I have the feeling that while I do it I maintain the value of the spoken word and increase my attention span in conversations; When the weekend arrives, and even more now that I am close, backpack, sticks, mates and to the mountain, a short day trip can oxygenate you much more than the lungs, Sundays are family and the barbecue here, is the coordinating core, we are lucky to be able to share in family a property has as main view the hill "Piltri", the talks there are unbeatable while the children have a large natural terrain to play and discover; I am not the best skier so in winter you will only see me pushing my children's sledge or waiting for friends with a good end-of-day stew.

I believe that the human being is in constant evolution and the same can be associated to how one perceives oneself, today I would choose " dedicated ", personally I am trying to improve the times in which I segment my day, to give space to more activities that I intend to do; at work, with several projects on top, it is easier for me to take tools out of the backpack, to distinguish the significant from all the important things that a day of work proposes and to be able to collaborate better with the team. I have been in the construction industry, and in building services engineering for about 30 years.
The most recent projects included in Estonia, where the largest data center in the Baltic countries, approximately 14000 square meters, was commissioned as the project manager of Granlund Oy's Data-Center unit.
Before that, I worked for one of the largest construction companies in the Nordic countries, SKANSKA. Among other things, I was building the Espoo West Metro 2 phase, a tunnel project.
Valtria was interested in demanding cleanroom projects, where you can also get closer to the customer.
In addition, I am an HVAC technician by main education, so I also find this technique more homely. I also have electrical and refrigeration engineering qualifications.

At Valtria, I like the advantages of a small company, where we work for the customer. Valtria was interested in demanding cleanroom projects, where you can also get closer to the customer.

I like the people and the communication between our delegations which is the most related to my job, as not being in the same location I have to talk most of the day with people in other delegations and we never saw each other in person.

In the final stage of my Mechanical Engineering degree, I decided to enter the job market, I was looking for an internship in the area to gain some professional experience and after some research this spectacular opportunity arose at VALTRIA, a company known as a project where Engineers and Managers working together, with a long experience in the design and installation of clean rooms and controlled environment areas. After an interview I realised that VALTRIA was exactly the right kind of company for me, unity and teamwork are some of the characteristics I identified with. Fortunately VALTRIA's decision was to welcome me and here I am!
WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT VALTRIA?
I have been with VALTRIA for some time now and I can confidently say that I enjoy working for this team, I was welcomed in the best possible way, I have learned a lot, testing myself every day and putting myself to the test, to push my limits and to give my best every day. I confess that I entered the job market with a bit of fear, perhaps conditioned by the advice of my university professors, who only pointed out the negative points, the toxic competitiveness and the bad influences installed in the professional world.

However, throughout these months, VALTRIA has proved to be the opposite, constant availability of all employees, sharing, mutual help, valuable advice and suggestions, communication and trust above all else, as well as constantly encouraging me to finish my degree. In previous jobs it was painful to get out of bed and go to work, but for the first time I don't feel that. I look forward to getting out of bed and doing my best every day.
